Wednesday Weigh In

Up 2.4lb on last week. Not good. But what do you expect when you put in zero effort! (Hence the title of the post - should make me more accountable).


I really need to get serious if I want to see 'onederland'. I've not that much to lose to reach my first target and at this stage I can only imagine how wonderful it will feel to see & stay below 200lb.

It's my birthday in two weeks. Could I lose 8lb by then? If not, I really want it off by the end of the month.

I need to set some goals for April. I need to :-

Drink water
Eat fruit
Get active
Keep food journal
Stop eating out
Start cooking more - try new recipes, at least one / two per week
